Cancellation and Refund Policy

Wellness.thyrocare.com is our online booking portal with Integrated Payment Gateway for the customers who wish to avail our service by making an advance / full payment to Thyrocare Technologies Limited.

Enlisted herewith are the refund policies in the event of cancellation of order.

The entire amount paid will be refunded in the following mentioned scenarios :
A) If booking has been done and there is no service provider in that area.
B) If customer has done multiple bookings due to system error.
C) If service provider has not made any adequate attempt to provide service.
In all the other scenarios other than ones mentioned above, Rs 100 will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Refund after debiting the handling charges of Rs. 200 to Rs. 300 per order shall be processed.
No refund on cancellation subsequent thereto.
Our service provider shall be advised to collect the fresh specimen and process it free of cost. Alternatively, the patient also reserves the right to ask for refund which shall be granted in full to him/her as the case may be. The specimen re-collection has to be done within 15 days, post which no retesting is possible.
Our service provider shall be advised to collect the fresh specimen and process the unreported test(s) free of cost. Alternatively, the patient also reserves the right to ask for a refund of unreported test(s) only, which will be calculated as per its catalogue rate (excluding collection charges), corrected to its weighted average in the order value. The specimen re-collection has to be done within 15 days, post which no retesting is possible.

All refunds are processed as cheque payment in the name of the beneficiary and dispatched to the given address within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
